CEO Conclave runs on the 3Cs and 3Ms:
Confidentiality – What’s said in CEO Conclave stays in CEO Conclave. Always.
Commitment – Show up, on time, and engaged. Respect the room.
Candor – Be direct. No hidden agendas. Say what you mean, hear what’s said.
Mentor – Share your knowledge generously.
Mentee – Stay coachable and open to feedback.
Mirror – Hold others accountable and accept accountability yourself.
To protect the integrity of CEO Conclave, here’s what you cannot do:
No pitching without permission. Don’t use CEO Conclave to sell your services, raise money, hire, or promote causes unless explicitly invited.
No unsolicited DMs. Don’t slide into a member’s inbox to pitch.
No hijacking channels. Slack is for collaboration, not cold outreach. Use designated channels like #ask-and-offers if you want to share something.
No backdoor selling. Don’t use CEO Conclave connections to chase deals on LinkedIn, Twitter, or email without consent.
CEO Conclave is a give-first community. Do this instead:
Offer help, insight, and resources without expecting a transaction.
Share wins and lessons learned so others can benefit.
Give feedback when asked, honestly and constructively.
Use the right channels (#ask-and-offers, your city chapter, topic-specific spaces).
Remember: if you share an ask, close the loop – let the community know how it turned out.
Reporting: If you see a problem, let us know at support@ceoconclave.co.uk
Accountability: CEO Conclave uses a simple three-step process:
First time: Friendly nudge.
Second time: Formal warning.
Third time: Removal from the community.
We’re all here to raise the bar. By following this policy, you help keep CEO Conclave a place where founders make better decisions, faster, without noise, spam, or hidden agendas.
