a. The Annual Membership Dues is 100% refundable within 30 days of payment (Membership Start Date). After 30 days, Annual Dues are only eligible for a refund up to 90% under The CEO Conclave Guarantee.
b. The Initiation Fee is 100% refundable within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, the Initiation Fee is no longer refundable in any circumstance.
c. 100% of any Deposit paid is fully refundable until the Membership Start Date (when the Annual Membership Dues is paid) or within 30 days of payment of the Deposit, whichever comes sooner.
We built CEO Conclave to be the most valuable community for high-performing founders. We’re confident in what we’ve created, and we’re willing to put money behind it.
Here’s the deal:
If after attending your first three Core Group sessions you don’t feel CEO Conclave is worth it, we’ll refund 90% of your Annual Membership Dues after subtracting any deposit paid prior to joining. If you joined prior to 12/31/25, we’ll refund your full Annual Membership dues, less the Initiation Fee.
No hard feelings, no awkward calls.

This isn’t designed for tourists. It’s for serious founders who are still deciding if CEO Conclave is the right fit. If you show up, engage, and it’s not for you, we’ll make it right.
Members who renew their membership are entitled to a full refund of the Annual Membership Dues, less a 3% processing fee, if the refund is requested within 30 days of the renewal payment or renewal date, whichever comes sooner. This policy applies to the following scenarios:
i. Members who prepay their renewal more than 30 days before the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the payment date.
ii. Members who prepay their renewal within 30 days before the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the payment date.
iii. Members who pay exactly on the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the renewal date.
iv. Members who pay during the grace period after the renewal date are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the renewal date.
CEO Conclave reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this refund policy, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the refund policy will be available here at ceoconclave.co.uk/refunds.
