I make most big decisions myself - it can feel heavy at times I have a small network but rarely get truly honest or experienced feedback I can usually manage but often wish I had better, unbiased perspectives, which positively challenges my own thinking I occasionally feel the isolation of being the final decision maker Big decisions often feel lonely and I’d value more high-caliber input Making pivotal decisions feels very lonely - I regularly wish I had a strong & experienced peer group for honest input & better support

How do you currently seek advice or feedback on your biggest business challenges?

I handle most challenges myself with very limited external input I occasionally ask friends or informal contacts, but rarely get deep strategic input I have a coach or mentor, but still feel I lack peers who truly understand scaling and real-world operator perspectives I get some advice from my network, but it’s inconsistent and not always high-caliber I have a small board or advisors, yet still crave deeper, unbiased, cross-industry peer insight from other CEOs facing similar pressures

Finally having a real peer group to discuss tough topics & help me make better, strategic decisions, instead of figuring them out alone Gaining practical insights that help me avoid costly mistakes and accelerate my growth Reducing the loneliness of leadership and gaining clarity on my biggest challenges, from other high-caliber CEOs who have been there and done it Building strong relationships and making better strategic moves with input from experienced operators who push me to raise my game Achieving noticeable breakthroughs & seeing tangible results in my business, whilst having accountability and honest feedback Developing both personally & professionally by building meaningful long-term relationships, with CEOs who challenge me, offer cross-industry wisdom and support my growth

I’m at a point in my business where I really need high-caliber peer support and know I can offer real value in return I’ve hit growth ceilings and want honest feedback while being willing to share my own lessons openly I’ve built and scaled my company through tough decisions and believe I can help others avoid similar pitfalls, by offering battle-tested advice from my own scaling experience I’ve made significant mistakes and achieved strong results — I’m looking for a true peer boardroom where I can both receive and give strategic advice at the highest level I’m a strong operator who values humility, contribution, and long-term relationships over one-way networking I’m committed to being a giver in the group, not just a taker, and want to build long-term trusted relationships with other serious founders I’ve reached meaningful traction in my business and want to surround myself with better peers to push my thinking and avoid blind spots I believe my unique journey and operational experience could be valuable to others while I still have important areas where I need external wisdom
