Here’s our straightforward commitment:

If, after fully attending your first three Core Group sessions, you decide CEO Conclave isn’t the right fit for you, we’ll refund 90% of your annual membership dues (after deducting any initial deposit you paid before onboarding).

No pressure, no uncomfortable conversations – just a clean exit if it’s not clicking.

A few key points to keep in mind:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once you’ve been fully onboarded (they cover the costs of matching you to a Core group, setup, and onboarding).
  • You need to complete all three full Core Group sessions to qualify.
  • Submit your refund request within 14 days after your third session.
  • A short exit form is required to process it.
  • If you choose not to join or participate in a Core Group, this guarantee doesn’t apply, and no refunds are available after the first 30 days of membership.
